Frequently Asked Questions

What team size do I need?

It depends on company size and scope. Small businesses (15-30 employees) typically need 5-6 core team members. Medium (31-60) need 8-10. Large (60+) need 12-15 people including steering committee.

Can team members be part-time?

Project Manager should be full-time during critical months (2-4 months). Other roles can be part-time but must allocate the hours shown. Don't expect success without time commitment.

What is a RACI matrix?

RACI defines who is Responsible (does work), Accountable (makes decisions), Consulted (provides input), and Informed (kept updated) for each activity. Prevents confusion and finger-pointing.

Do I need all 7 roles?

Small companies can combine roles (IT + Finance Lead = same person). But you MUST have: (1) Executive Sponsor, (2) Project Manager, (3) Power Users. These three are non-negotiable.
